Network problems and missing icons

One of the main problems yesterday for libraries experiencing network problems was when they did finally connect, they were missing icons in various wizards, notably the holds wizard, which did not allow them full access to functions. This explanation and possible solution from Ben:

When this network problem occurs, it prevents the labels from downloading correctly and it messes up the icons and labels in Workflows. Sometimes, rebooting the pc and then having Workflows connect properly is enough to fix the problem, but other times you have to resort to re-installing Workflows and the easiest way to do that is from within Workflows - go to File and then “update staff client”. It take about 20 seconds to download and then 30 seconds to install so it’s pretty quick.
