QP's Ask-A-Librarian service provides libary users with access to global expertise, providing real-time answers to research and reference queries by librarians from public and academic institutions
around the world. The answers to all of those questions are indexed and entered into the "Global Knowledge Base", and QuestionPoint has recently made available to users through a simple search-box interface.
